1. Criminal power is sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 21, 2007, a fine of one million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch of the District Court on December 19, 2008, and a fine of one million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch of the District Court on April 23, 2009.

2. Criminal facts;

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.A.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a C driver car.

On August 7, 2015, at around 06:00, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.096% of blood alcohol level, and driven the two-lane road in front of the shooting distance in the Pluridong-gu, U.S., Mangyeong-gu, Goyangyang-si, Goyangyang-si, the Defendant driven the two-lane road at a speed of about 60km in the direction of the wall intersection in the direction of the high-speed.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the death of the victim D(68 years old)'s driver's seat part of the E- custodian's car driving car in the direction of the military unit from the wall elementary school to the direction of the military according to the new subparagraph on the right side of the defendant's course due to negligence without complying with the foregoing, while the vehicle driving signal under the influence of alcohol was a red stop signal, which led to the death of the victim by taking the part of the front part of the said vehicle's driver's seat in the front part of the said vehicle, around August 15:30, 2015.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence as above and at the same time caused the death of the victim.
