Reasons

1. The indication of the claim: The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant (Seoul Central District Court 2009Da133133) and paid 31.2 million won to the plaintiff until October 30, 2009, and if the payment of the above money is delayed, the plaintiff shall pay the unpaid amount in addition to the interest rate of 20% per annum from the day following the due date to the day of full payment. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
