1. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff 61,601,800 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from May 12, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiff is a stock company that runs the stuffing manufacturing and wholesale business, and the defendants are married with a couple who engages in the manufacturing business, such as spawn, in the trade name of "C".
In continuous business relations with the Defendants, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendants with goods, such as gambling, etc. on April 1, 2018, and was not paid KRW 61,601,80 as the price therefor.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 61,601,800 won with 15% interest per annum from the next day of the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment.
