However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On July 6, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant infringed on a structure, up to the first floor toilet of the F building located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “E” located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant installed, through the entrance, a gate for the purpose of shooting women who view the melting sides of the structure, thereby entering the entrance, thereby fixing the pen in the form of a knife part of the left upper part of the column of the female-use side into the tape.

In addition, from around that time to July 21, 2015, the Defendant’s list of crimes in attached Form 4 from that time to July 15:00

1. For the purpose of photographing women, as described in the note, who are able to take melting six times in total, a camera was installed in a way that sets the left upper part of the partitions for women by entering the toilet through the entrance, and fixing the camera in the form of a part of the left upper part of the column for women’s use as tapes.

Accordingly, the Defendant intruded upon the structure of others respectively.

2. Around July 6, 2015, at around 17:06, the Defendant: (a) taken a video image against his/her will, using a camera in the form of a kyllog in which the victim G (V, 29 years old); (b) taken a knife that reads the knife of the knife using a camera installed as above; and (c) taken a knife against his/her will.

In addition, from around that time to July 21, 2015, the Defendant’s list of crimes in attached Form 15:25.

2. As described in the records, a total of 26 female victims were taken of video images against the victims’ will.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of other persons who might cause sexual humiliation or shame using a camera, against their will.
