Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below is justified in finding the Defendant guilty of each fraud related to K, BG, R, S, T, J, BF, and U’s loan under the name of the K among the facts charged in the instant case, for the reasons indicated in its holding, as follows: (a) the use of each fraud related to the fabrication of private documents and the uttering of the aforementioned investigation documents; (b) the use of a loan in the name of the K, AA; (c) the application form for a vehicle purchase loan in the name of the AA; (d) the application form for modernization; (e) the use of each private document related to the contract for a vehicle sales; and (e) Z and the use of each private document related to the lease contract in the name of the Z and AA; and (c) contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
