The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a RP car.

On February 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 06:27, and driven the front road of 106 Han-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, 129 Dong-dong, in the direction of the mid-distance distance for the plaintiff, 5 lanes in the direction of the middle-distance distance for the plaintiff.
