However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. When the Defendant was unable to enter the said casino because of the suspension of entry into and departure from the riverland, the Defendant forged his/her resident registration certificate to use it for entering the casino.

On April 2, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s photograph to the needy person who became aware of through Internet search, and requested the Defendant to forge his/her resident registration certificate. On April 6, 2015, the needy person requested the Defendant to produce his/her resident registration certificate in the name of Siljin-gun, Gun, where the Defendant’s photograph is attached, and deliver it to the Defendant around April 6, 201

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name-free persons, forged the resident registration certificate which is an official document.

2. On April 14, 2015, at around 20:33, the Defendant was required to present an identification card for the entry of a casino in the Gangwon-do Casino, which is located in the 265 Hawon-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.

Therefore, the defendant presented a forged resident registration certificate to C as stated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant presented forged official document and exercised it.
