1. On December 18, 2008, the Defendant: (a) around December 18, 2008, in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, 300,000 won was made to the person in poor name; and (b) the Defendant made him to prepare and enter the contents of “E”, “F”, “F” and “I” in the name column of the recipient’s certificate; and (c) in the name column of the householder’s name, “H”, “C” and “I” in the document column; and (d) made the head of Nowon-gu’s official seal affixed to the document column.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the person who is not a person with a name, forged a beneficiary certificate of E in the name of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City for the purpose of exercising.

2. Around December 19, 2008, the Defendant presented to the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul High Court the certificate of a forged recipient as described in paragraph 1 and exercised it at the I Office located in the Seocho-gu Seoul High Court on December 19, 2008.

1. On December 15, 2008, the Defendant forged public document documents: (a) 300,000 won on the road in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; and (b) 300,000 won on the beneficiary’s name, and (c) she made the beneficiary’s name, “K”, “L” in the resident registration number column, “L”, “M apartment 902 Dong 116,” and “N” in the householder’s name column, and made the head of Nowon-gu’s official seal affixed to

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name-free persons, forged a certificate of recipient to K, which is an official document, in the name of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the purpose of exercising a lease agreement for the operation of convenience facilities in the station.

2. On December 15, 2008, the Defendant shall submit a forged official document to the said employee who may have knowledge of the fact that the above forged official document was issued to the staff in charge of subway rental business in Seocho-gu Seoul High Court.
