On December 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for damage to public goods at the Busan District Court on January 13, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House.

1. On January 18, 2013, around 09:25, the Defendant was working as if he would pay a taxi fee on the front day of the Damaart located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and was boarding the F taxi driven by the victim E.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay taxi charges due to the lack of money.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim operate the said taxi in front of the aforementioned Dart up to the front day of the Veterans Administration in Busan Jung-gu, Busan Jung-gu, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to KRW 10,500 of the taxi fare.

2. At around 19:50 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant ordered one disease of each of the following: (a) Ssamk-si, Ssamk-si, one air brub, one rice brub, one liquor, and one call, as if the Defendant would pay the food cost to the victim I, who is an employee of the place at the restaurant located in the Han-gu, Busan, Busan.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the food cost due to the lack of money.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, was provided by the victim with 32,00 won of the market price at 32,00,00, and was provided with 1 disease of Schina, 1, 200 Schina, 1, 20, and 32,00.

3. On January 21, 2013, around 18:20 on January 21, 2013, the Defendant was boarding the K-si operated by the victim J while driving in the way that the Defendant would pay the taxi fee on the roads adjacent to the Jung-gu, Busan.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay taxi charges because there was no money in water.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim operate the said taxi at the front of the Gyeong-gu Hospital located in the Gyeong-gu Office of Busan, Busan, from the roads adjacent to the fire station in the middle and the fire station of the Defendant, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to 11,200 won of the taxi fee.

4. On January 21, 2013, the Defendant is in the port of Busan, Busan, at around 20:50.
