Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act (Provision of game products different from the contents of classification) shall be subject to a rating from the Game Rating Board before a person who produces or distributes a game product for the purpose of distributing the game product or providing it for use, produces or distributes the game product concerned, and such rating has been received as above.
Even if the classification has been received,
Even if a game product is distributed or used for the purpose of distribution or use, or displaying or keeping it for such purpose shall not be conducted.
Nevertheless, from May 15, 2015 to July 00:10, 2015, the time limit for control, the Defendant operated the 'CPC room' of Dopo-si B and 1st floor from around 00:10 on July 15, 2015, and installed '337' in the PC 3rd, Mapo-si game (D), and Mapo-si's cell phone manager (e.g., e., e., e., f.) in a mobile phone owned by the Defendant differently from the classified contents, and continuously provided the e.g., the Defendant’s pre-owned ID to allow an unspecified customer to play a game without due process of identification, and continued to provide the game points on the homepage of the game product without Abta-si or cphone registration, which differs from the contents of the game software rating committee by directly filling the game products with the Defendant’s cell phone manager's computer by directly filling it with the computer of the customer.
(b) A person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall engage in business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results (referring to game money prescribed by Presidential Decree and things similar thereto prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as score, premiums, and virtual currency used in game) acquired through the use of game products;
