A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime
[Public bid-related relationship] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled the Metepha, which is a local mental medicine, as follows.
The General Book of Sale of Handphones (Done: E, F, “G”, “G”, “G”) intended to procure and rate the terms and conditions of the transaction with the receiver, and the Defendant: (a) carried the Handphones received from Cambodia into the Republic of Korea, carried them into the Republic of Korea; (b) divided and concealed the Handphones in accordance with the transaction terms and conditions of the Handphones; and (c) notified the “G” of the place to collect the Handphones in lieu of finding the Handphones; and (d) conspired to import and sell the Handphones.
“G” in accordance with the foregoing public offering, using the said public offering as “E”, intended to sell 100 ghonphones in two instances, including 150 gonphones, and 30 million gonphones, including 150 gonphones, and 50 million g on two occasions.
【Individual Crime】
1. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received from “G” about KRW 326.61g of the inner floor of Cambodia for galopon travel, and boarded the galopon with the said galopon to Asia and aviation H departing from Cambodia, which came from the airport of Cambodia, and arrived at the Incheon International Public Port located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon, on March 10, 2018.
Accordingly, the Defendant imported philophones in collusion with “G”.
2. Management of Handphones;
A. On March 12, 2018, at around 15:03, Defendant 1 laid down approximately 0.64g of lophones to be granted free of charge for the sale of philophones as notified to “G” in the fluences of lusium adjacent to the I building at Bluju-si as of March 12, 2018.
B. On March 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) pursuant to the foregoing conspiracy, contained the container “G” below the K Czebu, located in the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheongju-si; and (b) contained 9.43g gylphones in vinyl B, as the Defendant informed the container “G” under the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
