1. Of the distribution schedule prepared by this court on June 15, 2018 in the instant case of E-Real Estate Auction, this Court against the Defendants.

Reasons

1. On June 15, 2018, this Court distributed to the Defendants as the top priority lessee in the auction of real estate E in the court’s claim indication. The Plaintiff’s claim for overdue rent claim amounting to KRW 17.7 million against the Defendants, and the remainder of the lease deposit to be returned to the Defendants if set off by the delivery of a copy of the complaint against the Defendants by the delivery of a copy of the complaint due to the repair of the leased object is merely KRW 6.9 million, and the amount of the lease deposit to be returned to the Defendants should be distributed to the Plaintiff on the date of distribution, and the amount of dividends to the Defendants should be corrected to KRW 8.3 million.
