1. Basic facts
A. The Korea Highway Corporation awarded a contract for construction works of the FF in Yangyang-gun E in Gangwon-gun to the Defendant Construction Corporation.
B. Defendant Daewoo Construction Co., Ltd. awarded a contract for some of the above construction works that he contracted to Defendant Kuyang Industries Co., Ltd.
C. On January 19, 201, Defendant D, the owner of G Pester (hereinafter “instant route”), leased the instant route to Defendant D, the owner of the G Pester (hereinafter “instant route”), from January 19, 201 to January 18, 2012; the place of use, from Defendant D, the construction site for the mass construction works of the Defendant Gitr Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant accident site”); the rent is KRW 950,00 per road; the leased object is KRW 9.5 million per road; the leased object is the log and the route driver; and the Plaintiff and the instant route are the pilot.
