The Defendant is in charge of the business of Company B, the department in charge of materials, and the business of the Victim C (Representative D) Co., Ltd., a partner, and the material business;

1. Around 12:00 on March 23, 2012, 12, disposed of the aggregate of the steel plates (2,795,016 won per roll) 3 rolls using cooperation companies F in E, F’s cargo vehicles in F, and 2,795,016 on the secondhand water where the trade name cannot be known, and embezzled at KRW 1.20,000 (kg), of which the amount equivalent to KRW 400,00 per kg);

2. Around 12:00 on April 6, 2012, by disposing of iron plates (2.6m, width 255m, weight 931kg) 5 rolls and iron plates (1.2m in thickness, 210m in width, 210m in weight per roll, 931m in weight) 4 rolls in total, 7,795,284 won in size of 420,000 won in the company (50,000,000 won in size per roll) using G cargo vehicles of the feeder processing company, the trade name of which is unknown, and embling them;

3. Around 12:00 on May 4, 2012, by disposing of the aggregate of 2,255,520 won per roll (2,25,520 won per roll) of steel plates using H cargo vehicles of an original Corning processing company, the trade name of which is unknown, using HF vehicles of which is 2.6m thick, 272m wide, and 1,016km), to the said company, and embezzled it by disposing of the total of 2,25,520 won per roll to the said company in an amount equivalent to one million won (50 won per Kg);

4. Around 12:00 on May 16, 2012, the steel board (2.3 meters thick, 222 meters wide, 926km per roll) 1 roll, steel board (2.3 meters thick, 222 meters wide, 765km per roll), 1 roll and steel board (2.6 meters thick, 2.6 meters per roll, 29km in width), a total of 1 roll, 3,434,080 won per roll, weight 1,400 won, and 140,000 won per roll (in weight 1,689kg), on which it is impossible to know the trade name, shall be embezzled, and an amount equivalent to 40,000 won per roll (in size 40,00 won per roll) shall be embezzled.

5. Around 12:00 on May 18, 2012, by disposing of the total amount of KRW 3,406,950 (50 won per km) equivalent to KRW 170,000 (500 won per km) of steel plates (2m in width, 210m in width, 1.2m in weight, 1,30km in roll) by using an IF vehicle of an original cal processing company, the trade name of which is unknown, and embezzled it by disposing of it to that company in an amount of KRW 1,70,00 (50 won per km).

6. On June 15, 2012, around 10:45, the trade name cannot be known at the F plant.
