1. The defendant shall pay 57,035,800 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 2, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On April 24, 2012, the Plaintiff leased KRW 40 million to the Defendant, and sought payment of the principal and interest due to the Defendant’s failure to repay his/her obligation. 2. Decision by public notice of applicable legal provisions (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
