Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the court of first instance, it is just that the court below found the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case for the reasons as stated in its holding, and there is no error of law such as misunderstanding of legal principles as to the grounds for the exclusion of illegality

Other grounds of appeal are not legitimate grounds of appeal under Article 383 of the Criminal Procedure Act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
