Reasons
1. The indication of the claim is as shown in the Appendix of Claim;
(2) The defendant is only a formal objection who is served the original copy of the payment order in this case and has no content of disputing the plaintiff's dismissal or claim, and the plaintiff did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a subsequent reply, and therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession under Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
