1. The defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff KRW 240,000,000 to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. A judgment for deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendant only submitted a service of the original copy of the payment order and a formal written objection, and did not thereafter present at the date for pleading, and therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
