A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Road Traffic Act and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
On July 23, 2014, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven a D re-car without mandatory insurance with a blood alcohol content of about 0.307% at the section of approximately 1.2 km from the road front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu to the road front of the Park Jong-dong in the same city.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act are those engaged in driving cars.
On July 23, 2014, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, and changed the course to three-lanes in front of the Ho-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, by two-lanes.
In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, and operating the steering gear accurately.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so, and neglected to do so, and instead neglected to do so, the lower part of the FM7 car driven by the victim E in a three-lane way, which was driven by the victim E, was committed as the front part of the vehicle of the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant, in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, sustained the victim E by negligence in the course of performing such duties for about two weeks, such as climatic salt, tension, etc., and inflicted injury on the victim G, who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, such as climatic salt, tension, etc., requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and damaged vehicles.
