A. The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of this part of the charges was erroneous and adversely affected the conclusion of the judgment because the defendant did not know that the accident occurred at the time of the instant case.

B. The sentence (7 million won of fine) imposed by the court below on the defendant is too unreasonable.
