The Defendants, who were hospitalized in the “G Council member” located in the “G Council member” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, which is operated by the incorporated association E, were able to receive pain treatment, and were able to receive insurance proceeds from traffic accident agreements or insurance companies even though they failed to meet the actual hospitalization standards, despite having failed to meet the actual hospitalization standards.

On April 15, 2013, Defendant B: (a) was hospitalized in “G Council members” from April 16, 2013 to April 26, 2013 under the name of “scopic, scopic, shoulder scopic, and tension” due to traffic accidents; (b) however, during the duration of hospitalization, Defendant B filed a claim for insurance proceeds with the issuance of a written confirmation of hospitalization and discharge; (c) was obtained from the modern sea of the victim, an insurance company, to receive KRW 70,000 from May 21, 2013 to receive KRW 11, but (d) was frequently going out and staying outside the house during the duration of hospitalization; and (d) was possible to receive normal hospitalized treatment during the period of hospitalization; and (d) was written in attached Form 2 (2) and in the same manner.
