On August 27, 2007, the Defendant subscribed to the victim AIG non-life insurance policy (State).

The above insurance is paid by 120 days in total when the insured is hospitalized by disease, and only 180 days have passed thereafter, the hospitalization insurance is paid to the same sick person.

The defendant, who used the above insurance content, was hospitalized into a hospital with a disease after having been discharged from the hospital, was issued documents necessary for the receipt of insurance proceeds, such as a certificate of hospitalization and a medical certificate, stating as if he had been hospitalized at the time of discharge, and submitted the above documents to the victim company to obtain the insurance proceeds.

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant was hospitalized in the name of “D oriental medical hospital” and “(g)E convalescent Hospital” located in Busan Metropolitan Government captain C, and was hospitalized in the name of “scarinal bad faith” under the name of “scarin bad faith”.

However, even according to the method of hospital treatment, the Defendant was in a state where it was sufficiently able to treat, and the Defendant did not actually receive hospital treatment due to frequent outing and outing during the period of hospitalization.

Nevertheless, from December 17, 2012 to April 7, 2014, the Defendant obtained a certificate of admission and discharge and receipt, etc. as if hospitalized in the above hospital and received normal hospitalization as if hospitalized in the hospital during the period of 212 days during a total of seven days from around seven days, and obtained a total of 12,720,000 won, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and acquired it by deception.
