Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operated a day-time childcare center under the trade name "D Child Care Center" in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment B apartment C.
1. Violation of the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse);
A. On April 22, 2016, around 11:52, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went to the president by putting the victim E (influent, 3 years of age) with one hand by the victim, who did not go to this sound; and (b) went to the president by putting the victim on one hand.
B. On April 25, 2016, at around 10:36, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victimized person had a bank, applied for a dispute with other original children; (b) took the bank used by the victim; and (c) brought about another bank; and (d) was boomed with a bank used by the victim, such as the victim, and continued to bring the bank to go against the victim.
As a result, the Defendant committed two times a physical abuse that may injure the victim's body or harm the health and development of the body.
2. On March 2015, the Defendant, who violated the Infant Care Act, was designated and operated as D Child Care Centers for the extended time period, prepared a false certificate of infant care performance as if he were to look at night, and submitted it to the Seocho-gu Office to receive KRW 168,00 from the Seocho-gu Office as a subsidy for the extended time period of childcare for F around March 2015.
The Defendant and the Defendant were granted subsidies of KRW 3,394,00,00 in total as childcare fees, as shown in the list of annexed crimes, to four children from March 2015 to March 2016, including F, G, H, and I, as if they were aware of the extension of time hours.
