1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 196,585,059 and KRW 49,925,165 among them.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims as shown in attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading), which provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant.” The Plaintiff has partially reduced the claims for delay damages in the purport of the claim as indicated in the disposition.
