1. The defendant shall pay 196,030,000 won to the plaintiff and 68,800,000 won among them, from May 25, 2020 to October 9, 2020.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by public notice) shall apply to the case of the creditor.
