배당이의
1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on May 8, 2017 by the above court with respect to the case of compulsory auction of real estate C by the Speaker District Court.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Some dismissed parts of the Plaintiff also seek to distribute the dividend amount of KRW 37,216,050 to the Defendant to himself/herself. However, as in the instant case, in cases where the debtor is the Plaintiff, the court of execution should change the distribution schedule for creditors who did not raise any objection to the dividend pursuant to Article 161(2)2 of the Civil Execution Act, and therefore, the part demanding the Plaintiff to distribute the dividend amount of KRW 37,216,050 to the Plaintiff is dismissed.
