1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 41,710,000 won and each year from September 4, 2014 to July 5, 2018.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply to the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” (hereinafter “Defendant”).
