1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff is based on the payment order for the goods payment claim case No. 2014 tea2951.

Reasons

The ground for the claim for the payment order stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article is that the plaintiff purchased the above 600,000 won from the defendant on May 14, 2008, and the plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff did not purchase the above garment is deemed to have been led to the defendant under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act. Thus, the claim of this case seeking the exclusion of the enforcement force of the above payment order is justified.
