(2) On October 14, 2020, the Plaintiff stated that the Plaintiff claimed damages for delay from the claim that “the amount calculated by the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of complete payment” (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
