1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and Defendant B with respect thereto from November 30, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 40,000,000 won and 15% per annum with respect to Defendant B from November 30, 2018 to the date of full payment, and 15% per annum with respect to Defendant C from January 4, 2019 to the date of full payment. Thus, this decision is delivered as per Disposition.
