Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 18, 2016, the Defendant driven C’s car from around 2 km to around 8, 143, a 143 km from the street in front of the Sinsan Industrial High School, Sincheon-ro 404, Sincheon-si without a driver’s license.
