Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who is a defendant may gambling using sports promotion betting tickets or similar things issued by persons other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or the entrusted business entity thereof;
On October 1, 2017, the Defendant accessed “F” on the sports gambling site of “F,” opened by the winners of the name,” sent KRW 100,00 to the IB bank account in the name of the said website, and deposited the amount of cyber money equivalent to the said amount. After forecasting the outcome of the domestic and foreign sports games, the Defendant sambling in a way of betting a specified amount by predicting the outcome of the sports games at home and abroad, and from September 6, 2019 to September 6, 2019, gambling on the basis of a total of KRW 86,120,000 by the same method as shown in attached Table 1.
2. No person may gambling using sports promotion betting tickets or similar things issued by persons other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or the entrusted business entity thereof;
On June 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected the “F,” opened by the winners of name, to Addd “L”; (b) transferred KRW 400,000 to the NF bank account in the name of the said website; (c) deposited the amount of cyber money equivalent to the said amount; (d) provided gambling in a way of betting a certain amount by predicting the outcome of the domestic and foreign sports games; and (b) provided gambling on the basis of the total amount of KRW 237 times in the same way as shown in the attached Table 2, from that date to September 6, 2019, based on the money of KRW 75,000,000,000 in total, as shown in the attached Table 2.
3. The defendant C is engaged in gambling using sports promotion betting tickets or similar things issued by persons other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the entrusted business operators thereof;
