On October 12, 2018, the Defendant, a person driving a B E Business Vehicle, driving approximately 100 meters from the Dopo Road in the north-gu C at the port of distribution to the roads of E Culture Center under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.097% during blood around 0:45 on October 12, 2018.
