1. Defendant A

A. At around 13:00 on October 7, 2013, the injured Defendant: (a) taken the face of the victim E (the 29-year-old and female son E (the 29-year-old) from the Goyang apartment parking lot; (b) taken the victim’s face at drinking; (c) taken the victim’s face at several times; (d) taken the victim’s side back to the Gamburg in Goyang-si F; and (e) continued to take a shaking of the victim’s head knife so that the victim’s head knife can be treated for about four weeks.

B. At around 13:10 on October 7, 2013, the Defendant forced the Defendant to use assaulted by the said Defendant at the underground parking lot located in the preceding port, and detained the Defendant over 4 hours and 50 minutes of the following day by means of assaulting the victim’s resistance by: (a) moving the victim into the head gate of the passenger car operation on the top of the Gel specified in the preceding port; and (b) driving the victim’s head flading the victim’s head head, refusing to enter the telecom; and (c) suppressing the victim’s resistance; and (d) monitoring the victim from 106 to 18:00 on the following day to prevent the victim from leaving the telecom.

2. Defendant B is the Defendant’s ex post facto relationship with Defendant A.

The above A assaulted and confined all women-friendly job offers E, and was released by the Defendant’s fidelity guarantee after undergoing the police investigation on October 7, 2013, as described in the above paragraph (1).

Although the Defendant knows that he/she committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment as above, from October 10, 2013 to October 57 of the same month, he/she concealed a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment by hiding and making a long-term lease of 440,000 won by paying 50,000 won for one month in the name of the Defendant, from October 10, 2013 to October 57 of the same month.
