1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance for the acceptance of the judgment is as stated in the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2-1 and 2-2, which are insufficient to recognize the defendant's assertion as evidence additionally submitted by the court of first instance, and therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil
