A participates in the meeting of approximately 80 members in the meeting to demand compliance with the working hours before L, from October 17, 2012 to October 28, 2012, to demand compliance with L, and the implementation of the exhup truck increase agreement among the members of the J branch of the Democratic Labor-Management of Construction Machinery, and Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant D, J branch of the former K branch of the K branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the J branch of the J branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the K branch of the K branch of the J branch of the K branch of the K branch of the K branch of the G branch of the G branch of the G branch of the G branch of the G branch of the G branch of the K branch of the K branch of the

Defendants A, B, C, D, and E’s co-offendered Defendants were willing to interfere with the construction work of the operators of dump trucks to enter the construction site of (ju)M in order to accomplish the demand for the labor union, while undergoing the above assembly at around 07:40 on October 17, 2012.

Accordingly, Defendant A, B, and E interfered with the construction work of 8 victims as indicated in the attached crime list (1) in the attached Form, including: (a) Defendant A, B, and E interfered with the construction work of 30 minutes by blocking an O dump truck operated by the victim N at the construction site near the entrance of the above dump truck in name; (b) preventing access for about 30 minutes; and (c) Defendant D interfered with the construction work of 4 victims as listed in the attached crime list (2) in the attached Form, including the fact that Defendant A, B, and E interfered with the construction work by blocking Qump truck operated by the victim P at the construction site near the front of the on-site room, such as three members of the dump truck in name and blocking access for about 30 minutes; and (d) interfered with the construction work by preventing entry of the victim R from entering the site at around the same time.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with members of the non-name association.
