1. The defendant's KRW 40,693,417 as well as 5% per annum from January 5, 2006 to October 30, 2008 to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages in the claim was corrected as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of first pleading).
