except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 16, 2016, the Defendant got off the victim's face two to three times with her hand while drinking alcohol, such as the victim D(the age of 37) at Sinpo City B on May 16, 2016.
