A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 2014, the Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act: (a) received from C the proposal that “at the end of Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu coffee shop, too economically and economically, to the extent that the inside is able to live at the announced level; (b) there is a corporation whose inside and outside Korea are D and E, so that he can sell the passbook in the name of the corporation; and (c) received the access media, such as passbook, from C, etc. to the accounts in the name of the corporation; and (d) had the intention to transfer it to another person.
A. On June 1, 2015, the Defendant acquired the access media, through a door-to-door engineer, who is unable to know the name at the office G office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F. B. 1210, the Defendant acquired from C the passbook, cash card, and OTP card, etc. for the company bank account (H) in the name of the company E, and around that time, issued KRW 400,000 to C under the name of the consideration in the attached crime list I as shown in the attached crime list I, as shown in the attached crime list I, from June 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015.
B. Around June 1, 2015, the Defendant transferred the access media to “I” under the name of “I” through a door-to-door engineer, who is unable to know the name at the G Office of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building B. 1210, and then delivered passbooks, cash cards, OTP cards, etc. to “I” under the name of “I”. Around that time, the Defendant received KRW 800,000 from the above “I” in return for the payment, and transferred the access media, such as the passbooks, cash cards, OTP cards, etc., over 13 times from June 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015, as described in Annex II of the crime committed in the attached Table II.
2. Violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (reburial, etc.), committed by the Defendant in collusion with the visitors to his/her name (hereinafter “site operators”) from June 21, 2015 to October 21, 2015.
