Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s decision to reverse the judgment of conviction of the first instance court and not guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the obstruction of performance of official duties.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
