1. The Defendant: 12,00,000 won for Plaintiff A; 10,500,000 won for Plaintiff B; and 4,50,000 won for Plaintiff C and each of the said money.
1. Around December 31, 2019, Plaintiff A loaned KRW 80 million, Plaintiff B’s KRW 70 million, and Plaintiff C lent KRW 30 million at an annual interest rate of 24%. The Defendant repaid the amount equivalent to KRW 200 million as part of interest and principal of each of the above loans on or around December 31, 2019, and there is no dispute between the parties that the loan principal of the Plaintiffs remains in KRW 27 million on the basis of the above repayment date.
2. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff A 12,00,000 won (=27 million won x 8/18), 10,500,000 won to the plaintiff B (=27 million won x 7/18), 4,500,000 won to the plaintiff C (=27 million won x 3/18), and 24% interest per annum from January 1, 2020 to the date of full payment).
3. If so, the plaintiffs' claims are partly accepted within the above scope of recognition.
