1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 3,253,742,038 and KRW 746,559,927 among them from February 8, 2019 to the date of full payment.
If Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 added the purport of the entire pleadings, the plaintiff lent KRW 2,200,000 to the defendant on August 22, 2008 at the interest rate of KRW 9.5% per annum, interest rate of KRW 20% per annum, interest rate of KRW 20% per annum, and due date of payment on August 22, 2009. The debt of the defendant is the principal amount of KRW 746,559,927 as of February 7, 2019. The sum of interest and delay damages added thereto can be recognized as the cause of 3,235,742,038.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in Paragraph 1 of this Article to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted, and it is decided as per the Disposition.
