except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2012. 1.경부터 피해자 C(여, 31세)과 사귀던 중, 2014. 가을경 피해자가 다른 남자를 만나면서 피고인에게 그만 사귈 것을 요구한다는 이유로 앙심을 품었다.

1. 계속하여 피고인은 위 승용차를 운전하여 익산시 팔봉동에 있는 공설운동장 주차장까지 간 다음 그곳에 주차한 위 승용차 안에서 피해자에게 미리 준비한 위험한 물건인 과도를 보여주면서 ‘내가 익산 바닥을 개 이 잡듯 샅샅이 뒤져서 너와 H를 찾겠다. 네가 H랑 행복하게 살 수 있을 것 같으냐. 남자친구와 헤어져라. 그전에 H가 나를 죽이든 내가 H를 죽이든 둘 중에 하나는 죽는다. 셋이 같이 죽자.’라는 취지로 말하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Around December 13, 2014, the Defendant called the Defendant to the effect that he calls the victim in the vicinity of the Bupyeong apartment located in Yasan-si, Yasan-si, and shows the obscene pictures that the parent of the Matrimonial may collapseed and photographed on the house of the Matrimonial (if he does not speak where he is four).”

The Defendant, as above, threatened the victim at least three times from around that time to December 31, 2014, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including intimidation.

3. Attempted robbery and assault;

A. On December 16, 2014, the Defendant given payment of KRW 10 million to the Defendant, if he/she wishes to continue to talk with a matrimonial partner within the said passenger car parked in the Masan Sports Park in the Masan-dong, Masan-si, Masan-si on December 16, 2014.
