Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is an association that promoted a market reconstruction project at the same size of 4,144.3m2, Jung-gu, Seoul, the former B market and C market site. (hereinafter “instant association”)

B. On June 12, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for the sale price of KRW 82,000,000 with respect to the second floor of the instant commercial building (the exclusive area of 3.9 square meters per unit) of the underground floor among the instant commercial buildings, by acquiring the right to lease from the sectional owners of the instant commercial building.
