On January 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 300,000 won in night buildings, theft, etc. at night in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of imprisonment with prison labor on August 17, 2015.

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant, in order to retire from his workplace and raise living expenses for those who have experienced economic difficulties, had been able to steal property by intrusioning his personal information on the night.

1. On February 7, 2016, around 02:59, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of intrusion on a structure at night, in front of the “E” operated by the victim D, the Plaintiff: (b) obstructed the entrance by scambling it by hand; (c) removed the opening door, and then entered the entrance, and brought a theft of KRW 688,000,000, in cash owned by the victim at the credit cooperative located in the car racker; and (d) committed a theft of KRW 1,338,00,000, in total, from around eight times to March 16, 2016, the Defendant invaded the victim’s structure at night, such as in the daily list of crimes (i.e., the victim’s structure).

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, 03:40, in front of the “H” operated by the victim G in the Han-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and then, attempted to commit a theft of property by leaving the entrance door in his/her hand after removing the correction device of the entrance, but there was no cash, but to commit a theft of property due to the lack of cash, from the first day to March 16, 2016, the Defendant attempted to steal the property by damaging the victims’ structures at night on two occasions, such as the daily list of crimes, and the written list of crimes, but attempted to steal the property by destroying the victims’ structures at night.

3. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant stolen a bicycle set of KRW 70,000 at the market price at which the victim was set up in front of the victim J, which was located in Y in YU-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and KRW 70,000. The summary of the evidence was stolen.
