A shall be punished by fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,00, and by fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.

The defendants are the defendants.

Defendant

A is the director of (State)G, which is the order office related to the construction of new apartment in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, and Defendant B is the representative director of (State) Ha, and Defendant C is the director of (State) I.

Defendant

A and Defendant B notified the State Ha of the termination of the contract concluded with the said apartment contractor (State) and ordered the said State Ha to allow the employees of the said State Ha to produce the employees of the said Ha and not to enter the said site (State Ha), who work in the said site office by using the employees of the security service company, in order to be ordered to order the site office that the employees of the said State Ha perform overall duties, such as the construction and safety management of the said apartment construction.

1. On January 4, 2011, Defendant C: (a) pursuant to the foregoing order, approximately 10 security personnel belonging to the State; and (b) sought to enter the said site office with approximately 10 victim employees; (c) prevented them from entering the victim’s name-free employees belonging to the StateH by body; and (d) forced the victim’s J division at the said site office.

2. Around January 12, 2011, Defendant C prevented Defendant C from entering the said apartment site entrance with approximately 10 security personnel belonging to the State, as well as the entrance of the said apartment site through the said construction site. Defendant C prevented the victim of K, J, and nameless employees, who were victims of H, from entering the said site.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the victims' work of managing apartment construction by force over two occasions.
