1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B, while receiving KRW 1,273,289,830 from the Plaintiff, shall list the attached real estate.

The Plaintiff is a housing reconstruction project partnership established pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) to implement a housing reconstruction project (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”) whose project implementation district covers Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 19,246 square meters (hereinafter “instant project implementation district”).

Defendant B is the owner of the first and third real estate located within the project implementation district of this case, and Defendant C is the owner of the second and third real estate located within the project implementation district of this case.

1) The Plaintiff’s establishment completion 1) The Plaintiff obtained consent from the owners of land and buildings in the project implementation district of this case on September 17, 2013, and obtained authorization from the head of Seodaemun-gu from the head of the Gu (hereinafter “the first authorization for establishment of this case”).

(2) On October 10, 2013, the Plaintiff obtained the establishment authorization (hereinafter “instant authorization”) from the owners of land and buildings in the instant project implementation district by obtaining consent to establish a new association, and obtained on April 14, 2016 from the head of Seodaemun-gu from the owner of land and buildings in the instant project implementation district.

Matters modified by the authorization for the subsequent establishment of this case are as follows:

The first authorization for the establishment of this case shall be 419 480 housing site area 19,246m2 19,183.72 total floor area of 73,115.45m272,093.947m2 main purpose and number of floors, apartment houses with 28th floor above underground floor, apartment houses with 28th floor above underground floor, and 28th floor above underground floor (101/132) 76.52% (101/132), 77.16% of rearrangement project expenses (112,643,918,000 won 134,091,953,000 won, peremptory notice, etc. as to whether the first authorization for the establishment of this case consents to the establishment of the association of this case, and shall be given within 2 months from the date of receipt of the notice to the Defendants on October 25, 2013.
