1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won, and 5% per annum from March 1, 2015 to October 1, 2019.

The portion of a claim exceeding the scope is dismissed, since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 was 12% per annum in accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit.
