A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a unemployed worker who has 25 rooms, etc. in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, and operates a massage treatment establishment under the trade name of “D,” and the blind E is a person who had registered the massage treatment establishment in his/her name and worked as a massage in his/her name at the place of the massage treatment; the Defendant in collusion with E;

On March 18, 2013: (a) around 13:49, around 13:49, the said D mediated commercial sex acts by arranging sexual traffic from December 2012 to October 2013, by raising a total of KRW 296,720,00,00, in exchange for payment of 190,000 won from F, a customer, to female sexual traffic, and by raising a total of KRW 296,720,00,00.
2. A credit card merchant shall not treat credit card holders unfavorably on the ground of credit card transactions. At the same date, time, and place as Paragraph 1, F, a customer, in cash in order to obtain massage, the credit card merchant shall inform 180,000 won if it makes a settlement by credit card, and 190,000 won if it makes a settlement by credit card, and 190,000 won if it makes a settlement by credit card to the above F, thereby treating the F unfavorably.

1. From among concurrent crimes, the punishment provided for in the former part of Article 37, Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act shall be heavier than the punishment provided for in the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.;
