1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,332,734 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 12, 2014 to the day of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim was leased to the Defendant with the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul and D Building 109 as security deposit of 30 million won and monthly rent of 5.4 million won (excluding value-added tax).
After that, the plaintiff and the defendant agreed on the above lease contract, and the plaintiff was delivered the above building by the defendant on May 12, 2014.
Meanwhile, from April 2013 to March 2014, the Defendant agreed to unpaid KRW 63,332,734 of the rent and management fee, and to pay the remainder of KRW 33,332,734, which deducts the deposit from the said money, to the Plaintiff by May 30, 2014.
2. Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deemed to be a confession.
